Current UPG Will-Call Customers may use this form to request a delivery.

How does our Will Call Delivery service work?

Our Will Call service is ideal for customers who prefer to monitor their own fuel usage and tank levels.

As a Will Call customer, it’s your responsibility to contact us when you need a delivery. We ask for a minimum of 7 working days’ notice, so please reach out when your tank reaches around 30% to ensure timely refills.

Please note, additional charges may apply if you experience an out-of-gas situation or require a special trip for a fill outside of our standard delivery schedule.

Will Call Service Terms & Fees

We want to keep your home comfortable all year long.

During the busy winter heating season, weather and high demand can impact delivery times, so it is best to allow up to 10 business days to help ensure you never run too low during the colder months.

A few things to keep in mind:

Need a delivery outside of our normal route? A $200 Special Trip Charge applies during business hours.
If a delivery is required after hours, there’s a $200 After Hours Charge.
If your tank runs out, regulations require you to be home so we can safely perform a leak test and re-light pilots. Will Call customers should note there’s a $100 Out-of-Gas Service Fee.

Request an upgrade to Automatic Delivery

To prevent out-of-gas situations and avoid possible extra fees, we encourage all non-Route customers to consider upgrading their account to automatic route delivery.

UPG WILL CALL POLICY:

Depending on the time of year, it can take up to 10 business days for us to work a delivery into our schedule, so depending on the size of your tank, it is best to place an order when your tank gauge is between 30-40% to avoid incurring additional fees.

If it is possible to schedule a Same-Day delivery the fee will be $275. A Next-Day delivery (subject to availability) fee is $200.

If a delivery has to be scheduled after normal business hours, a $300 “After Hours Charge” will be assessed at the time of delivery.

Additionally, as required by regulation, if your tank is out of gas you must be home at the time of delivery for us to do a leak test on your system, and re-light any pilots. As a Will Call customer, an additional $129 fee will be charged for Out-Of-Gas service.
