How does our Will Call Delivery service work?
Our Will Call service is ideal for customers who prefer to monitor their own fuel usage and tank levels.
As a Will Call customer, it’s your responsibility to contact us when you need a delivery. We ask for a minimum of 7 working days’ notice, so please reach out when your tank reaches around 30% to ensure timely refills.
Please note, additional charges may apply if you experience an out-of-gas situation or require a special trip for a fill outside of our standard delivery schedule.

• DO NOT use this form for emergencies.
Alternatively:
• Call our office immediately if your tank gauge reads 5% or lower or if your tank is less than 20% full, contact us to discuss your options.
• Call our office at the time of order to arrange payment and to schedule your delivery.
UPG WILL CALL POLICY:
Depending on the time of year, it can take up to 10 business days for us to work a delivery into our schedule, so depending on the size of your tank, it is best to place an order when your tank gauge is between 30-40% to avoid incurring additional fees.
If it is possible to schedule a Same-Day delivery the fee will be $275. A Next-Day delivery (subject to availability) fee is $200.
If a delivery has to be scheduled after normal business hours, a $300 “After Hours Charge” will be assessed at the time of delivery.
Additionally, as required by regulation, if your tank is out of gas you must be home at the time of delivery for us to do a leak test on your system, and re-light any pilots. As a Will Call customer, an additional $129fee will be charged for Out-Of-Gas service.
